Description: This work is based on the unique outlining and water painting technique of underglaze coloring, with a group of red leaves as the main body of the picture, and a pair of quails symbolizing peace and happiness hidden in between. The artist skillfully applied techniques of skipping inscribing, scraping, digging, carving, filling, and dyeing, boldly and innovatively uses the orange-red color which is extremely difficult to develop. After several trials and firing at 1380℃, the painting presents a splendid golden autumn scene of joy.
